The Entire Process Is Very Simple
 Upon your calling us or submitting a request form, you will be contacted by our Case Manager. This will be your contact for everything that has to do with your procedure. They will provide you with the options and information that you need to make your own decision. We take the fact that someone has contacted GSN for information and support very seriously, and we will give you any information you need, and the options we know that will best serve your needs. We want you to be able to expand your options past your hometown so you can explore some of the "Best in the World"...
there is never a cost or obligation for this service.
1st Step
We will put you in direct
contact with these providers, first by phone and then by "Go to
Meeting". We are not medical providers, but we will open the doors
for you to the most competent and qualified Surgeons and
Hospitals in the world. You will have more one-on-one time directly with
this Surgeon for FREE, than you would ever get here in the States.
2nd Step
You can speak with one or a dozen of the
physicians in our Network, from India to Thailand - Panama to Brazil.
No-one will push you in any direction... the decision is always up to
you, and your family physicians if you choose to get them involved. If
not, we have a network of USA Physicians and Surgeons, along with our
own Physician on staff, that will make sure that you have a back home
contact when you return.
3rd Step
Once you have provided your
current medical condition to these International Providers. They will be
able to provide us with an exact price quote for your procedure. Once
THAT is done - our agreement with our network providers is that
your
quoted price will not change. (this is an area where
many companies that always seem to have the lowest quotes, make most of
their money). Working with Global Surgery
Providers, you KNOW the price you are quoted is the price you will pay.
Period.
4th Step
Once you have the
procedure price, and dates established...
This is where we serve our purpose as a Tour Operator with 20 years experience. We will speak with the physician in the host country and determine exactly when you will need transportation, and what after-care is necessary. We will at that time coordinate all of the details of your trip. We provide all services from the moment you arrive until you depart, and provide you with 24/7 contacts in the host country. We will charge you one fee per day that includes All of these services, and based on the relationships with the Hotels that we use ( 4 - 5 Star), the limo companies, and our other service providers, your "daily rate for services" will be about the same (or less) than just your room would cost you if you booked it yourself.
5th Step
You're off on your trip, met at the airport,
(or we can even have you picked up by limo at your home and taken to the
airport for departure...) but either way, once in the home country WE
ARE IN CHARGE. you will be taken to your hotel, and every detail is scheduled for you on the itinerary that you receive 4 - 5 days before departure. We know that you have honored us with the trust of facilitating what can be a life changing procedures... and we honor that trust.
In your host country, you have a free international cell phone to use,
and a 24/7 concierge and car/driver at your disposal.
